Time doesn't heal as much as it buries things in the undergrowth of your brain, where they lie in wait to ambush you when you least expect it. (pg 28)

"Who-Stole-the-Cake" with Raspberries
After going raspberry picking I was making a "who-stole-the-cake" and decided to do something unorthodox. I had the bright idea to put Raspberries in the cake. The invisible see us.
The forgotten recall us.
When we see ourselves, we see them.
When we turn away, do they?
(pg 1)

The Carrie Diaries
by Candace Bushnell
So it's weird, you know? To be friends with someone for so long, and they do one thing, and it's over. And they weren't a bad person before. Or at least you didn't think they were. So you have to wonder if that bad thing was always there, waiting to come out, or if it was just a one-time thing, and they're still a good person, but you can't trust them. (pg. 205)
